M&A TOP10

About 'M&A Top10'

¡¡¡¡At the end of 2002, the Global M&A Research Center organized the vote of 'M&A Top10' consisting of 'Global M&A Top10 Events', 'China M&A Top10 Events', 'Global M&A Top10 Figures' and 'China M&A Top10 Figures'. The judging panel was composed of 120 persons including committeemen of Global M&A Research Center, experts and scholars devoted in financial field, especially in M&A field and professors from Graduate School of People's Bank of China, Northern Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University and China Europe International Business School. The "M&A Top10" were selected on the basis of indexes including M&A deal volume, impact on the industry, innovation of the deal, development potentiality and so on. The results have been announced and published in some famous media in detail nowadays, and impacted China M&A field extensively.
