Wang Wei, Chairman
PhD, Secretary General of the Global M&A Research Center. He has worked at a number of financial institutions, including Construction Bank of China, Bank of China, Chemical Bank, the World Bank and China Southern Securities since 1982. He has planed and organized transformation into shareholding companies, restructuring, underwriting and M&A transactions for dozens of large-scale enterprises. He is extensively experienced in establishing financial institutions, innovating financial tools, M&A transactions and IPO of enterprises.

Wang Yang, Executive Director
He holds a master's degree in Investment Management from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has been engaged in managerial positions in financial sector, real estate to hotel industry. He has co-planed and organized transformation into shareholding company, restructuring and IPO for many enterprises, and has significant experience in project assessment, M&A, and institutional financing.

Wan Lei, Managing Director
He holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from Hust Science and Technology University and has been working in finance and investment fields since 1995. He previously worked at Beijing Hede Group and China Youth Creation Group, participating in and organizing several projects including transformation into shareholding companies, restructuring and IPO etc.. He is extensively experienced in investment banking project operation such as enterprise strategy planning, capital operation and enterprise system reform etc.

Li Bin, Managing Director
He has been engaged in the jobs ranging from financing, transformation into shareholding companies, M&A, to IPO for a long time. He is the former Chief Editor of M&A Weekly. He also compiled a book named From ESOP to MBO-Handbook.

Wu Jianyong, Managing Director
He graduated from Renmin University of China. He has undertaken the industrial structure adjustment tasks in a large-scale government organ. Subsequently he took the position as a manager of Information department in a risk investment company. He is extensively experienced in network operation and management.

Zhan Zhengyan, Managing Director
General Manager of Liaoning Xinghui International Development Co., Ltd. He has participated in international trade for a long time. He has co-founded and co-set up some joint ventures and domestic-investment enterprises. He has significant experience in enterprise management and restructuring.
